Motorola SL4000
The SL4000 is a discontinued digital two way radio from Motorola. A slim portable radio the SL4000 is built to IP54 protection meaning that it has a limited Ingres resistance to dust, whilst also being safeguarded against splashes of water from all angles. MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G ensures the reliability of the SL4000, having been tested in varying environmental conditions to ensures its continuation of operation.
A channel capacity of 1000 allows for more than enough flexibility in communications whether you have a small or large workforce, these available for operation on both UHF and VHF frequencies. The SL4000 has an enhanced 5-line display with a flexible menu-driven interface, a built in photosensor adjusts the screens lighting depending on the location of your radio, becoming brighter in broad daylight and going into night mode when in dark environments.
Ideal for hospitality or retail environments the SL4000 is covert and discreet, allowing the user to turn display features, visible LEDs, audible tones off in order to minimize distraction from the radio, also including a vibrate alert function should it be needed. Other features that back up the radios reliability for hospitality are its sharing features, Bluetooth enables the device to instantly share data, whilst an order ticket management allows the operative to read and respond to tickets at a glance to keep the business running smoothly. The SL4000 as ideal for Supplied with an 1800mAh Li-Ion battery as standard, this will allow for up to 11.5 hours of use whilst in digital mode.
