Standardised Template Programming

You'll likely be familiar with programming a radio using CPS and you'll know how inefficient and tedious, not to mention time-consuming, programming radios one by one can be. Well, MOTOTRBO™ Radio Management allows you to program multiple radios in batches from a standard template. This means you can rapidly deploy your fleet.

Over The Air Programming

Over the air programming, also known as "OTAP", is a special facility that allows you to program OTAP-compatible radio. That means all of your fleets can be re-programmed every time they're returned to the charger, for example.

Note: MOTOTRBO™ Radio Management only supports OTAP-compatible radios.

MOTOTRBO CPS 2.0 Code Plug Compatible

MOTOTRBO™ Radio Management software allows you to import your code plug created with MOTOTRBO CPS 2.0 (or MOTOTRBO v1 subversion 16.8 and upgraded with MOTOTRBO CPS 2.0). This means that if you're building a fleet of radios and you've been using MOTOTRBO CPS 2.0, you can easily transition to Radio Manager.

Some software orders require a member of our team to check eligibility and due diligence. During this time your download will show as "Pending" and will become available once your order has been authorised. Whilst Radiotronics can provide the tools you need to program and configure your radios, we will not help you program them. Furthermore, we will not offer technical support for installing software, COM port issues, cable issues, driver issues, programming or updating the firmware of your two way radio(s).

If you choose to program your own radio, we urge that you allow plenty of time to self-learn about your radio and the programming process - it's not always straightforward.

Obsolete Operating Systems Tip

Some programming software may require an obsolete operating system such as M.S. DOS, Windows 3.1x, Windows 95/98, or Windows XP for example. You can usually run obsolete operating systems inside virtualisation software such as VirtualBox virtualisation software. The obsolete operating systems can usually be legally obtained from WinWorld.

Software Ownership & Download Disclaimer

For convenience, we offer software for download instead of physical CD delivery. Software provided by Radiotronics is supplied free of charge. Any fee you pay to us in the process of obtaining software should be regarded as a "download and administration fee", which simply covers the cost of data file storage and the bandwidth used when downloading the software. The "download and administration fee" can range from £0 to £99+VAT and is directly proportional to the size of the files and the quantity of files available for download. Any software Radiotronics provides will remain the property of the manufacturer and, whilst you are free to use it to configure your radio or device, you will NOT own the software.
