Icom IC-F4002
Icom IC-F4002 is a UHF (400–470 MHz) analogue two-way radio that's compact and water resistant. When purchased from Radiotronics, the IC-F4002 includes a battery, antenna, belt clip and desk charger.
Meeting IP54 standards the F4002 has a limited ingress protection of dust, whilst also being protected against splashes of water. Ideal for a wide range of business and industry sectors, this radio is a simple but dependable communication solution.
An internal VOX function is present on the IC-F4002, should handsfree communication be needed with this radio then it is a possibility via the use of an optional headset and adapter cable. Lone Worker function is also an option, this notifies other radios within a fleet when a radio has been inactive for a pre-set period of time, this helping to minimize damage should someone be in danger.
Added CTCSS, DTCS high speed decoder is present to reduce decode speed, whilst also having priority scan allowing you to monitor one or two priority channels whilst also scanning other non-priority channels. A TX channel and talk back function allows for quick response to messages whilst the IC-F4002 is still scanning.
NOTE: The Icom IC-F4002 had previously been marked as cancelled by Icom. However, due to the shortage of parts available for its successor, Icom has re-introduced this radio as a MK2 version with a new BP-299 battery and BC-240 charger. There is no future plan to cancel this radio at this time and Icom assures that the IC-F4002 MK2 is here to stay.

FREE Radio ID Labels Supplied & Applied
For no extra cost, we supply labels with all of our radios.
Our labels are unique in that they have a space where you can write on them with a sharpie-type permanent marker. You can either use this space to write a radio number or apply a dymo label for example. These labels are 100% free of charge
