Icom BC-240 (including a multi-region power supply) is a single desk charger designed to be used with the Icom IC-F3002, IC-F4002, IC-F27SR, IC-V86E, IC-V3MR, IC-V86, IC-U86, IC-G86E and any other two way radio that was purchased after 2020 and has BP-298, BP-299 battery.

For radios purchased before 2020 that have the BP-265, see the BC-193; and have the BP-264, see the BC-191.

This handy desk charger can fully charge any compatible battery (see list below) in a matter of hours. The LED indicator shows when the battery is on charge and then goes green when charred and ready to use. There is also 2 screw holes that allows the BC-240 to be permanently fixed to a desk.

The BC-240 is NOT the replacement for BC-191, BC-192 and BC-193 and BP-264 and BP-265 do not fit this charger.

Typically, the BC-240 is supplied without a power supply. Should a power supply be required, we recommend the Icom BC-242 (EU/UK/USA) or Icom BC-123 (UK only).

If you already have a BC-191 or BC-193 and it was supplied with a BC-123 power supply, you can use the BC-123 power supply with this BC-240 charging pod.
