Motorola PMAE4079 UHF (403-527MHz) Wideband Whip Antenna
Motorola PMAE4079A (also known as PMAE4079) is a genuine OEM Motorola UHF 403-527 MHz, GPS capable, antenna compatible with the Motorola DP2, DP4, DP3xx1, XPR3, XPR7, R7 and ION two-way radios (including E-enhanced versions). This is the wide-band 16cm whip-style antenna that provides slightly better signal range over study antennas, most noticeable when the radios is used via a repeater system.
PMAE4079 is GPS capable and is approximately 6" long which is considered a whip antenna.
Popular with radio HAM: This is the antenna that most radio HAMs choose for their DMR Motorola radio because it's wideband and can be used for any frequency between 400 MHz and 527 MHz.
