Entel EA12/DX is a D-shaped earpiece with a combined tie clip microphone and push-to-talk (PTT) button. It is compatible with various Entel DX-series two way radios, including the DN495, DN425, DX446E, DX446L, HX446E, DX422, DX482, DX425, DX485, DX482M, and DX485M.

The earpiece is made from soft rubber and fits over the user's ear. The microphone and PTT button are combined and designed to be located around the tie-clip area. The earpiece also has a rotating strain relief clip to prevent the earpiece from being dislodged if the cable is pulled.
